I had a really amazing time sharing my STEM journey with young women and girls for SuperNOVA's ITS for Girls series. I tried to stress that the destination isn't always clear, but every leg of the journey can provide you with experience, skills, and lifelong friendships. Plus, STEM is just so much fun, and allows you to make a difference in the world.
Kudos to the 36 participants who came out early on a Saturday to listen to me (and learn about coral reefs with SuperNOVA)!
